Custom Dry Blending

We are has a 1000Liter, 265Gallon (35Cubic Foot) Hosokawa Micron Nauta Vertical Blender. This Vertical Blender is equipped with a mixing screw on an orbital arm. Being a Vertical Blender, we can combine the mechanics of an orbital mixing screw and the simple force of gravity to create a thorough, homogenous blend. Our Vertical Blender is also superior to the standard Ribbon Blenders in the following ways:

Can produce a more homogenous mix in less time with a higher degree of accuracy.
Minimum heat generation.
Is low shear and is gentle on your product.
No bearings or seals are in direct contact with your product.
Ease of cleaning assures no cross contamination (cleaning includes dropping step- ladder into blender and having worker hand clean blender).
We can blend powders and delicate dry vegetables.

We can also blend smaller loads (smallest 500Lbs) because of the relatively small size of our dry blender (generally 1000- 1200Lb batches depending on product density). This enables the customer to proceed with startup projects without the high minimums seen at other companies.
