Equipped with state-of-the-art APV steam jacketed mixing and heating/cooling kettles (600gallon and 1000gallon), we can make a variety of soups and sauces exactly to your specifications. We are able to blend liquids with powders, semi-solids, or soluble pastes. Low level serrated chopping blades working in conjunction with a scraper blade agitator and adjustable baffles always insures a consistent, thorough blend.

Other features include:

  • Liquid ingredients can be pumped directly from drums or totes to prevent the possibility of contamination.
  • Load cells and digital readout- our 600 gallon tank is on load cells whereby we are able to verify the weight of each ingredient in our formulation.
  • Re-circulation- we are able to re-circulate ingredients (bottom to top) that have different densities to insure a uniform liquid blend.
  • Multiple Heat Exchange Zones- our 600 gallon tank is equipped with 3 heat exchange zones that can be turned on or off as the product level varies thereby preventing burning.
  • Evaporation, Concentration- we can cook up to 100c or 237f.
  • Product Cooling- we can chill you product in our 1000gallon chill tank.
  • Liquid Packaging- liquids can be packaged in poly bags, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums or totes.
  • In-House Lab - after your product is finished, we can check for SPC, Coliform Group, E Coli, Salmonella, Yeast and Mold. In addition, we can also check for physical characteristics such as pH, Salt and Brix.
