Package Flexibility

The Machine line is uniquely designed to accommodate a wide range of pouch styles, including 3 and 4-side fin sealed pouches, gussetted pouches, as well as self-standing pouches. In addition, it can be equipped to run tandem or 3-up pouches, internal membrane. With a broad pouch size range and multiple fill capabilities, it can package everything from soup to nuts, and cosmetics to medical devices.

Size Changeover

Size changeovers including bag width and height are accomplished with minimal effort utilizing adjustable seal bars and a web forming plow. All of the timing functions on the machine are controlled by a programmable limit switch, and can be adjusted for accurate timing, while the machine is running.

Product Filling Flexibility

It can be outfitted with a broad range of filling systems to accommodate Powders, Granules and Particulates. The standard design comes equipped with fourteen (14) workstations which can accommodate a variety of different types of fillers mounted on a single machine. This unique capability allow sequential filling of multiple ingredients as well as the versatility and flexibility to package a wide range of products. This machine will accommodate the following types of fillers:
