Serrated chopping blades break up and reduce chunks and solid products. Scraper blade agitator adds to blending action and increases heat exchange efficiency. Adjustable baffles provide different mixing actions. Dimple heat exchange surface with internal baffling assures fast, uniform heating and cooling. Design meets 3-A standards, USDA and FDA requirements. It can incorporate dry or semi-solids into a liquid, chopping fresh or frozen solids and heating/cooling of the blended batch.
