include: a monthly self-inspection program, documented ingredient sampling,
specification and analysis, an environmental and equipment monitoring program,
an incoming goods inspection program, a supplier certification and guarantee
program, pre-shipping quality check and microbiological analysis, shipping
vehicle inspection program, new employ training program and documented plant
policies are just a few of the steps we take to guarantee you the customer,
peace of mind.
HACCP PROGRAM (Harzard Analysis Critical Control Point)
Our first priority is food safety and with our HACCP program, we are
actively striving to prevent areas of potential, chemical and biological
contamination. By using Senba USA's custom services you can rest assured
that your customers receive only the highest quality, most sanitary food
product available. We guarantee it.
AMERICAN INSTITUTE
OF BAKING INSPECTION (AIB) SUPERIOR RATING
We have undergone a sanitation audit and received a "superior" rating
by the AIB Department of Food Safety and Hygiene.
Our employees also underwent
an extensive HACCP training program and we have developed our manual with
the AIB's valuable assistance.
LABORATORY IN-HOUSE
ANALYSIS
In addition to producing high quality food products, Senba USA has an in-house
laboratory where we can analyze the physical characteristics of each product
(pH, Salt, Moisture, Brix), as well as being able to detect microorganisms
and microbial growth (SPC, E Coli, Salmonella, Yeast and Mold). As an extra
safeguard and customer service, we also verify our results by using an outside
laboratory. |
